In my dreams, I often find myself in a crowd of people I’ve never met, feeling a sense of unease. They aren’t threatening, but I always feel out of place. Has anyone else had a similar dream? I wonder what it says about how I feel in social situations or if it’s just a reflection of my subconscious worries.

I’ve had dreams like this too! I always feel anxious when I’m surrounded by strangers in my dreams. Maybe it’s about feeling disconnected from others in real life?

It could be related to social anxiety. I notice when I’m stressed about social situations, I have dreams where I’m lost in a crowd or surrounded by people I don’t know.

Maybe it’s about how we interact with people on a daily basis, especially if you’ve been meeting new people or in situations where you feel like an outsider.
