I keep having a recurring dream where I’m being chased by an animal I can never clearly see. It’s always terrifying, and I wake up feeling anxious. I’ve heard that being chased in dreams can symbolize avoidance of a problem or fear, but why does it always involve an unknown animal? Could the nature of the animal have a specific meaning?
